Abdelmjid Boutaqbout is the head of the Expertise Mission of Public Procurement at the General Treasury of the Kingdom of Morocco, which is both responsible for proposing and implementing reforms of the legal and regulatory frameworks of public procurement and the modernization of management tools. A graduate from the National School of Administration in Rabat and the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) in Casablanca, Mr. Boutaqbout is a member of the interministerial committee responsible for drafting the public procurement decrees. He is also a member of the Subcommittee in charge of developing a national charter for corruption prevention within the Ministerial Committee for Corruption Prevention. He is the author of several books and articles on public procurement and public finance.
