Ali Debbi is a management specialist in the fields of public management, performance indicators, and performance of governmental bodies. He graduated from the University of PAU in France and received a PhD in management. He is currently a lecturing professor of public administration at Mohamed Boudiaf university in M'sila, Algeria. He is also the vice president of scientific research at the same university.
