Amal Larhlid is a public policy analyst at the MENA-OECD Programme for Governance of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Previously, she served as a Chief Inspector at the Department of Public Enterprises and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Morocco. Ms. Larhlid is a graduate of the French ENA and of the Mohammed V University in Rabat. She is currently completing a doctorate in law at the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
