General Secretary of the committee of Bids and Tenders since 2009, Anaam Al-Shahry has a large experience in the public administration field. Mr. Al-Shahry worked as an officer at the General Directorate of personal affairs in 1987, as an assistant director of wages and salaries in 1991 and as a director in the ministry of construction and renovation. He was also in charge of inspections and administrative control within the Ministry of construction and urban planning. Mr. Al-Shahry holds a BA in business administration from the University of SANA (YEMEN), and many certificates including a certificate from the British consulting company "Crown Agents" for his contribution to the preparation of manuals and documents concerning public procurement, a certificate from USAID and other attestations for his participation and collaboration in regional and international conferences related to governmental and public functions in the fields of procurement and development.
