Basma Abdul Khalek is an Economist and Program Officer at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan.
She contributes to the development of the Institute's cooperation and partnership programs and initiatives with regional and international partners.
She is also active in civil society initiatives advocating youth and women empowerment, and supporting capacity-building for community development projects.
She holds a Master degree in Public Governance in the Euro-Arab Region from the Universidad de Granada in Spain, and a Bachelor in Economics from Université Saint-Joseph in Beirut.
