Ms. Emmanuelle Lamoureux is the Ambassador of Canada in Lebanon.
She was director of the Gulf State Relations Division at Global Affairs Canada in Ottawa.
She was deputy director in charge of media relations, and deputy director in charge of communications in the Afghanistan Task Force and Ottawa.
She also had diplomatic postings at the Embassy of Canada to France and at Canada’s Permanent Mission to the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
She has a B.A. in Journalism from Université du Québec à Montréal and an M.A. in International Relations from Carleton University.
