Dr. Hiba Khodr received a BS in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut in 1988, another BS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1992 and an MS with honors in Instructional Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1993. She earned her PhD in Public Administration and Public Policy from Florida State University in 2005.
