Ibrahim Ghandour earned his Masters degree in Economics and Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He recently co-authored and published "Measuring the Public Sector Wage Bill in 2011", ASSADISA, Issue no.1, June 2011 (Arabic). He completed his undergraduate studies at the American University of Beirut where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Minor in Political Science.
