Mahfoud Baradi is senior official head of Training Department at the Directorate for State Purchasing at the French Ministry of Finance since 2010. He is responsible for the interdepartmental management of training strategies at the State Purchasing Department.
Previously, Mahfoud Baradi was Deputy Head of the Office of Information Systems Security and High-Tech Computer Training at the Ministry of National Education since 2004, after serving for 8 years as the Modernization Policy Officer of the President of the University of Maine (Le Mans – France).
He is certified CIPS/UNDP Public Procurement - Level 2, 3 and 4 and also member of the Procure Comp EU Advisory Committee.
He participated as international expert in a number of projects in European and North African countries.
