She is a former Governor at the Ministry of Interior in the Kingdom of Morocco. She received her Ph.D. in Political Sciences from the University Mohammed V of Rabat (International Relations); she is also a graduate of the National School of Public Administration in Rabat and of the University of Paris I (Pantheon-Sorbonne) in International, European and comparative studies. In November 2013 she was appointed for a second term as a member of the UN Committee of Experts On Public Administration; and in January 2014, she became the Governor of the "Prefecture des Arrondissements" in Casablanca. In 2015, she was honored by the International Association of Schools and Institute of administrations for her Outstanding Contribution to Public Administration and Public Policy in the World.
