Viktoria is currently working in UN Women HQ Procurement Section in close collaboration with Economic Empowerment Section.
She provides support to enhancie the practice of gender-responsive procurement within UN Women and among UN agencies.
Before that Viktoria worked for 4 years in UN Women Regional Office for East and Southern Africa focusing on various aspects of women’s economic empowerment, including enterprenurship, trade and procurement. Her professional background is in private and public sector procurement, including UN women’s corporate procurement.
Prior to UN Women Viktoria worked in private sector procurement with a strong focus on sustainable sourcing practices.
Viktoria has a degree of Master of Arts in Political Sciences from Uppsala University in Sweden.
