Vincent Potier is the director general of the National Center of the Territorial Public Service (CNFPT).
For twenty years, he served as Chief Executive Officer of various French local authorities. He has also been adviser to the cabinet of the Minister of the Interior of Senegal (1997-1998) and chief of staff to the President of the National Assembly (2001-2002).
In 2012, he was president of the French network of public service schools (RESP).
He is chairman of a working group of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA).
He graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris.
