Julian Lee- The world’s two big intergovernmental energy groups have updated their outlooks for the oil market to the end of next
year and they don’t make comfortable reading. High prices, trade wars and weakening currencies are taking their toll on demand growth.
That doesn’t necessarily mean that prices will fall. Concern that there isn’t enough spare production capacity should
continue to support oil for a while yet.
