The painful rescue of the Lebanese economy

Sahar Al-Attar- The government approved last Thursday its reform plan to redress the economy. Most Lebanese only saw in this plan the restructuring of the banking sector and the announced “haircut.” However, chopping deposits is not the worst thing that could happen.
