This report highlights the progress of public procurement reform for the period June – September 2022, based on the National Reform Strategy approved by the Council of Ministers on May 20, 2022, focusing on secondary legislations, standard procurement documents, guides and tools, training and professionalization, electronic platform.
Prepared by the Secretariat of the Inter-ministerial Committee in charge of following up on the public procurement reform, it also sheds the light on the challenges that are facing the reform and putting its advancement at risk.
