This is a snapshot of the findings of the “Rapid Impact Assessment of the Crisis on Lebanese State Institutions” full report that strives to document and analyze the impact of the on-going compound crisis on Lebanon’s public institutions’ capacity to provide and offer public services; a crisis that has plunged millions of people in poverty, disrupted equal access to basic services, and paved the way for the collapse of many institutions.
