This report summarizes the findings of the “Rapid Impact Assessment of the Crisis on Lebanese State Institutions” full report that strives to document and analyze the impact of the on-going compound crisis on Lebanon’s public institutions’ capacity to provide and offer public services; a crisis that has plunged millions of people in poverty, disrupted equal access to basic services, and paved the way for the collapse of many institutions.
Beyond reporting and data analysis, this report hopes to transmit the voice of public administrators and public servants who are fighting amid dismal conditions to save what is left of welfare state thereof, and to provide hands-on recommendations that chart a way past the crisis.
