The present proceedings documents the recommendations of the fourth conference of the GIFT-MENA network entitled “Training and Cooperation for Change in the MENA region” and held in Tunis in October 2012.
The report brings to the forefront the critical issues of capacity development, public administration, governance and cooperation in the MENA region, and provides genuine recommendations that would help shape the future of training and cooperation in the region.
