The Institute considers networks as key instrument for exchange and sharing of good practices. The Institute is active member of 15 national, regional and international networks. It also fosters South-South and Triangular Cooperation. Te Institute is the Secretariat of the GIFT-MENA Network of Civil Service Schools and Institutes of Training in the MED-MENA region, and is one of the regional training centers of the World Customs Organization (WCO).

The Institute organizes seminars, workshops, conferences and study visits to encourage and facilitate institutional dialogue, reflection and exchange of knowledge and know-how among peers in Lebanon and the region. The Institute highlights successful experiences and good practices, and enables the creation of synergies and the consolidation of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

Through its cooperation programmes, the Institute targets institutions that are interested to exchange practices in their respective field of expertise. Its offer comprises on-demand training, conferences, organization of delegation visits, study visits to international centers of excellence, as well as publication services tailored to the needs of specific audiences.

The Institute offers advise and technical assistance in its areas of expertise, namely accompanying reforms to build human capital, managing a training center and training engineering, in Lebanon and in the Middle East and Africa Region.
