Charles Saliba is the founder and CEO of HR Works, a boutique high-end Human Capital Consulting Firm based in Beirut that serves local and regional clients from all industries in both the public and private sectors.
He started his career in the banking sector in Lebanon. Then he joined Booz Allen Hamilton for two years and had the opportunity to directly contribute to setting and influencing the Human Capital Agendas of prominent Public and Private Institutions in the Region.
Charles Saliba is also a lecturer on Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior and delivers speeches and interventions in prime HR Conferences and Summits in Lebanon and the Region. He also delivers trainings on Managerial Leadership and Soft Skills, coaches prominent CEOs and sits on the Board of many companies.
