He is an active representative within the Euromed Industrial Cooperation Program and he leads a European-funded sectorial program for helping struggling manufacturers. He is also part of the steering committee for establishing new industrial zones.
He has a degree in engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from McGill University.
