Dr. Dafoir Mansour is currently a consultant and trainer in management, an auditor in human resources management and teaches Human Resource Management at the Faculté de Gestion - Université Saint-Joseph.
She was the Director of the Institut Supérieur d’Etudes Bancaires - Université Saint-Joseph and Director of Training at the Association of Banks of Lebanon (ABL) where she was a member of the HR Commission and headed a multitude of projects including the elaboration in 2000 of the "Guide to Jobs and Skills in the Lebanese Banking Sector" in cooperation with the "Centre de formation professionnelle bancaire de Paris" and its updates in 2005 and 2008 in cooperation with Vedya.
She has published several articles on public finance and management. She has also written two case studies in public management that have been published by ENA-Montreal.
She holds a PhD in management & business administration focused in Business/Managerial economics and public finance and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Université Saint-Joseph.
