Dr. Marwan Kotob is a professor and lecturer in public finance and administration at the Lebanese University and at the Lebanese National School of Administration. He is also the head of the Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance’s South Lebanon Directorate. Dr. Kotob has a diploma of higher studies in public law and obtained a doctoral degree in public law in 2007.
