Rania holds the post of Social Protection Officer for Lebanon at the International Labour Organization Regional Office for Arab States.
Her work involves policy, research, and programming around social protection reform in Lebanon.
She has two master’s degrees in Actuarial Science and in Management of Development, and more than 10 years of technical and program management experience in actuarial and management consultancies, as well as United Nations agencies, and international NGOs such as Oxfam.
