Since 2005, Walid El Chaar has been the head of the Tax Legislation Department at the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.
Walid is also a trainer at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan and instructor at the Lebanese University,
He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Business and Computer University College, a Master’s degree in Education from the Université Saint Joseph, a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Lebanese University, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and another Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Beirut Arab University.
