Xavier Francais is the Head of a Tax Payer Office at the Direction Générale des Finances Publiques since 2018.
His professional experience includes important positions such as the Head manager of Land Registry Office (2016-2018), Head of Tax Payer Office (2012-2016) in Lyon, Head of the Internal Audit department that he created in 2011 and Head of Householders Fiscality Division and Tax control division at the Directorate for non-resident Tax (2007-2012).
He was a member of the internal audit team at the Directorate General in the DGFiP (Public Finances Directorate General) (2005-2007) and an advisor of the minister of Finance at the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (2004-2005). He also held many important positions in offices in the suburb of Paris from 1987 to 2004.
