تجربة المغرب في اصلاح الوظيفة العامة

This study revolves around the civil service in Morocco and the structural and administrative issues that stand in its way. It also demonstrates the leading Moroccan experience in reforming this civil service, starting by reducing the wage bill, reorganizing jobs and installing stable bases for a modern administration of human energy based on meritocracy, efficiency and good use of available resources, proving how change is possible when there is a political administration and a genuine will for reforms.
