The Citizen Budget 2025, like the previous years’ versions, is a simplified version of the budget law that aims to facilitate citizens’ access to information and their understanding of fiscal information as their constitutional right.

It also provides the public with the opportunity to shape informed opinions based on clear, factual data -free from speculation- and to track developments in public finance. It enhances their understanding of how the government plans its spending and collects revenues, thereby strengthening accountability and promoting informed public oversight.

تكرّس موازنة المواطِنة والمواطن لعام 2025، كما سابقاتها، نهج الشفافية، إذ تستعرض بكل شفافية وموضوعية ما ورد في قانون الموازنة العامة من أرقام ومواد قانونية.
فهي توضَع بهدف تسهيل وصول المواطنين العاديين والمتخصصين، إلى المعلومات باعتبارها حقّاً دستورياً وتُتيح لهم بذلك فرصةً لتكوين رأي مبني على معطيات علمية واضحة، بعيداً عن التكهنات.كما تمكّن الرأي العام من تتبّع تطوّرات المالية العامة وفهم آليات تخطيط الحكومة للإنفاق وجمع الإيرادات، وبالتالي من المساءلة والمحاسبة على قاعدة المعرفة.
