Amra Srdanovic is a Public Financial Management (PFM) Advisor with over 24 years of experience in public finance reform and governance. In December 2024, she joined the IMF’s Middle East Technical Assistance Center (METAC) as Public Financial Management Advisor, where she continues to support countries in strengthening effective and transparent budgeting practices.

Ms. Srdanovic has provided high-level strategic advice to finance ministries and government institutions, led comprehensive PFM reform programs, and helped strengthen internal control, transparency, and accountability systems in public financial management.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of New England in Australia
