Gaelle Abi Khalil is a Policy Researcher at the Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan, specializing in governance and institutional reform. At the Institute, she leads knowledge-production workstreams on economic governance and institutional reform and contributes to the development and coordination of policy dialogues.

She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in Comparative Politics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
