Jamale Osta is the Head of the Cooperative Affairs Department and Acting Head of the Technical Training and Cooperative Relations Division. 

She has worked as an expert, trainer, and consultant in cooperative affairs with numerous international organizations, contributing to the implementation of various projects and programs targeting cooperative associations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law (Private Law) fom the Lebanese University and a Master 1 in Strategic Studies from the Lebanese Army’s Center for Research and Strategic Studies, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, Political and Administrative Sciences at the Lebanese University.
