Sara Eid is the advisor to the Egyptian Minister of Finance for Budget Transparency Matters & Citizen Engagement, a media expert MOF/Diploma in Sustainable Local Eco Development, and an expert in Strategic Planning, Financial Literacy & Social Accountability.

With 25 years of experience as an economist in several ministries & different capacities, she currently manages in Egypt, the transparency file with over 5 line ministries & 40 non-governmental organizations involved around the country, while holding leadership positions in 3 non-profit organizations dedicated to disadvantaged populations in slum areas & poorest villages with a special focus on Women & Children at risk.
